A great place to stay while here in PDC. Excellent location near Chedraui, Collectivos and Benito Juarez.
Very nice quiet and gated condo community. Has a pool in the court. Walkable access to shopping, centro, and the beach.
Used to live here, now own two apartments. The previous administration were apparently a bit lax but since the change a lot of work has been done. Owners have funded cosmetic and structural improvement/repairs and are looking to install CCTV, pool ladder, better security etc. The problem residents who used to disturb others have been forced out and the people there now are a lot more considerate of others. It's cleaner, quieter and a lot more pleasant. No longer are loud parties had late at night :)

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Cuisine complète, deux salles de bain, salon et salle à manger. Excellent endroit où rester à Playa Del Carmen.
Me encantó el lugar, la zona está muy buena, cerca de todo, de las trafic que te llevan a los pueblos y playas del lugar y cerca del centro y de una avenida súper concurrida y y de un supermercado inmenso con de todo para comprar
Privately owned single condos, most lease them for the week. It has a good size central pool.
Lugar muy tranquilo, tiene muy buena ubicación, le falta un poco de atención a los detalles de mantenimiento
